Yes we also accept the popular file transfer websites as well like Dropbox, Wetransfer, Google Drive etc.

Can I transfer my images via FTP?

Yes, we will provide you a free FTP account upon request when you are registered with us.

What image file types can I get back?

The edited files will be delivered to you in your preferred file format. If you are not sure about the file format then we can suggest you the format depending on where do you intend to use your images.

Can I talk to someone?

It is always our great pleasure to talk with. You can talk with us over phone, chat, IM and email mentioned in the contact section at the bottom of our website.

How does the free trial works?

If you are a new customer, you can send up to 3 images as a free trial to try our services. During the trial you will enjoy the full privileges as our regular customer.

Do you protect my intellectual property?

Yes. Content you send to us will be fully confidential. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.

How long my images are stored in your server?

All images will be kept for 30 (Thirty) days for you to download. After 30 (Thirty) days the files will be automatically deleted from our server.

Can I get a discount?

We launch promotional offers from time to time for number of images. Check our Pricing and Discount for more details.

How do I pay?

Self-service customers pay online by credit card or PayPal each time they place an order. Enterprise customers, meaning those with 10,000 images or more a year, can take our monthly billing option. See our Pricing page for more information, or Contact Us to get a quote.

Can I get a custom quote for my job?

Of course. We would love to help you making the most useful quotes to keep you as our one happy customer. Simply fill up this Quotation Request form for a custom quote and we will be contacting you in 30 minutes with quote.

Can I get a refund?

Since we do not want any of our customer to let go unhappy therefore we have revision policy practiced strictly. Therefore, we only handover the job completely with your satisfaction but no refund. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Are my files/images secure with you?

Our infrastructure was designed from the ground up to be secured. Your files are kepton state-of-the-art servers with SSL encryption protected by advanced firewalls and housed in our own certified data center.

Do you store my images on file forever?

We only keep your images on our server for a period of 30 (Thirty) days after the completion of your project after which they will be deleted automatically.

Will you use my images for commercial purposes?

No. We never use your images for commercial purpose. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.

FAQ REGARDING PHOTO EDITING

What is the difference between masking and clipping paths?

Clipping path is a vector drawing and made by hand using pen tool in photoshop. Clipping path is meant for further editing in Photoshop or Indesign or in Quark Express. It may or may not be delivered with background deleted.
Masking is another way of making your images free form. This is pixel based but gives good result in some cases like hairs or furs as the most of the details are retained.

How do I delete the background in a clipping path job?

Opening the image in photoshop you have to select the path by holding CTRL or command key and clicking the path. You have to inverse your selection by going Select > Inverse option and press DELETE. Make sure to keep your background color white

How do I know the complexity level of the images what is simple, medium or complex?

You can check our examples for having the idea of simple, medium or complex images. If you are still not sure then please feel free to contact us.

Would I be notified when my job is completed?

Yes, you will receive confirmations when the order is received and delivered both.

How can I download my completed jobs?

You will be sent a delivery confirmation mail in which you will get the download link upon completion of every job.
